Digital ART for climate – Music for SDGs

Dubai Expo 2022 / United Nations–related Conferences

A large-scale international project presented at the Austria Pavilion of Expo 2022 Dubai, where Mayu Ikeda represented digital artists and delivered a speech on peace, sustainability, and climate action as part of Digital Art for Climate / Music for SDGs.

She was subsequently invited to United Nations–related conferences in Dubai, contributing to global dialogue through artistic expression.

Tokyo Tower Public Art Project

A series of large-scale public art projects presented at Tokyo Tower, including participatory exhibitions, projection mapping, NFT-based works, and fashion collaborations.

Ikeda was selected as the sole artist for a symbolic public installation, transforming the iconic landmark into a space for dialogue around peace, culture, and digital expression.

NFT Art “Tree of Peace” Project

An NFT art project combining digital creation, virtual reality space, and environmental action.

The project transformed a collaboratively created digital artwork into NFTs, with proceeds directed toward real-world forest conservation, exploring the relationship between virtual expression and physical sustainability.

Art × Fashion Collaborations (Global Fashion Weeks)

A cross-disciplinary project translating smartphone-created digital art into wearable forms such as scarves and kimono textiles, presented on major global fashion platforms including Paris, Milan, London, and New York Fashion Week, in collaboration with international designers and cultural initiatives.

Projection Mapping & Performing Arts

Visual direction and projection mapping for internationally sponsored stage performances and cultural events, including productions supported by governmental and international organizations.

These works integrate digital art with music, theater, and live performance.

International Exhibitions & Cultural Platforms

Participation in international exhibitions and cultural platforms across New York, Paris, Shanghai, Osaka Expo, and other global cities, presenting digital works that bridge technology, tradition, and contemporary art.
